In an effort to follow Roberts Rules of Order a little more closely and also allow all of our members to see upcoming topics, all motions to be presented at future club meetings must be submitted ONE WEEK PRIOR to the scheduled club meeting.
Each topic will then be posted in an agenda for that club meeting the week leading up to that particular meeting.
All agenda topics must have a COMPLETE plan along with them to be considered for voting.
